SpaceX's Super Heavy booster and Starship launch vehicle launched on the first fully integrated test flight from from the orbital launch pad at Starbase, Boca Chica Beach, Texas.

Starship climbed to an apogee of ~39 km over the Gulf of Mexico. Four minutes after liftoff, the vehicle lost control and the flight termination system was commanded on both the booster and ship which ended the mission.
